Here is the Application Form which has to be completed for an admission. If you have all compulsory materials, it will take you about 15 minutes. Please, make sure that each section is completed (obligatory information matched with “*”).You will be asked to upload certain supporting documents before you can submit your application.
The following supporting materials are compulsory for the Tertio Millennio Seminar on the Free Society:
* A statement of purpose
* A current CV/ résumé
Deadline for all applications is 23th May 2010.

After filling all compulsory fields, it will be able to send application using “Send” button (this is the only way to send us application properly).
